**ATIS ROTATIONAL SUPPORT ASSOCIATE** (Full-time - St. Louis)

An ATIS Rotational Support Associate will spend time during the first year of employment learning and performing each foundational function involved in the day-to-day operation of the company. These functional areas all focus heavily on supporting internal and external customers /clients and will teach the associate how to perform the following duties: call center representative, customer service representative, billing representative, scheduling coordinator, and other administrative roles/duties as requested. Rotational Support Associates will develop an understanding of ATIS’s systems and processes, as well as gain knowledge of the elevator inspection industry.

Duties and Responsibilities
Call Center Representative:
• Answer inbound calls and routes to appropriate resource as needed
• Identify and escalate priority issues
• Provide follow up communication where necessary
• Assist with other basic office duties: processing mail, assisting visitors, answering questions when possible.

Customer Service Representative:
• Answers client questions, generates work orders & sends proposals.
• Serves as the “go to” person for clients & inspectors within an assigned area or region.
• Generates proposals for clients who are due for an inspection that are not existing contract clients.
• Generates work orders for contract clients.
• Assists in answering inbound phone calls
Billing Representative
• Creates and issues invoices to clients, ensuring accuracy and timely billing.
• Classifies, records, and summarizes numerical, financial, and demographic client data in company file database.
• Assists inspectors with questions related to billing of work performed.

Scheduling Coordinator
• Communicates, collaborates with inspectors, maintenance companies, CSRs, billers, etc… to ensure inspection needs are handled in a timely manner
• Utilizes CRM (NetSuite) to monitor dashboards, log customer interactions, update work orders, to ensure customers are serviced as expected

Required Education And Experience
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Some Customer Service experience preferred.
• Basic to intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, using an online calendar program, and NetSuite (preferred but will train).
• Must be able to draft and comprehend memos, letters, other correspondence and share information in one-on-one and group situations.
• Working knowledge of office equipment such as postage machine, FedEx and UPS, phone systems, copier, etc.

**ACCOUNT MANAGER** (Full-time – St. Louis, MO)

This position is responsible for strengthening and maintaining relationships for large clients locally & nationally. Also serves as the “go to” person for any issues pertaining to clients that have conveyances under the authority of particularly assigned jurisdictions.

Essential Functions & Primary Duties
• Responsible for managing large accounts locally and nationally.
• Serves as the primary contact for assigned clients in regard to company correspondence such as renewals, appointment confirmations, collections, etc.
• Assists clients with questions, concerns or compliance issues.
• Maintains and updates facility summary status reports which lists facilities, devices, service dates and service outcomes.
• Updates client and facility information in database(s) as applicable.
• Prepares and submits proposals and any other requested documents.
• Requests purchase orders, when required.
• Tracks violations and other appropriate reminders monthly.
• Submits invoices on appropriate client invoice portals.
• Reviews and documents history of applicable, newly awarded accounts.
• Participates in special projects as requested and needed.

Required Education & Experience
• Education generally attained with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Working knowledge of office equipment such as postage machine, FedEx, and UPS, phone systems, copier, etc.

Preferred Education & Experience
• Experience in client relationship management.
• Experience in existing and new client sales.
• Experience using Quickbooks, NetSuite, or other CRM system.
• Knowledge of elevator inspection vernacular and industry particulars a plus!

**SCHEDULING COORDINATOR** (Full-time – St. Louis, MO)

This position ensures inspectors are scheduled appropriately and efficiently, balancing the needs and desires of the inspector, elevator company and the customer. Goes above and beyond to drive an unparalleled experience for inspectors and customers and maintains an unequivocal commitment to ATIS’s Vision, Mission, and Values.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Communicates and collaborates with Regional Service Team (inspectors, CSRs and billers), customers and elevator companies to ensure inspection and test witnessing needs are handled in timely manner.
• Regularly dialogues with inspectors to ensure they understand and know schedule, have desired amount of work, and uncover any concerns, issues and/or frustrations
• Utilizes CRM to log all customer interactions and generate reports to ensure customers are being serviced in a timely manner
• Monitors and utilizes NetSuite dashboard to ensure workflow is progressing, work orders are being closed out and customers are being serviced
• Accepts and processes incoming requests from elevator companies requiring acceptance inspections. Issues confirmed work to applicable inspector.
• Submits requests to the facility’s elevator company.
• Updates work orders as applicable
• Sends scheduling requests to elevator maintenance companies until confirmation is received.
• Sends appointment confirmation(s) to elevator company and facility once confirmed.
• Fulfills elevator company acceptance inspection requests (same day response).
• Assists inspectors with any questions regarding the schedule
• Send appointment reminders as necessary to ensure elevator companies are confirmed.
• Processes requests from elevator companies for construction inspections (same day and scheduled in a timely manner
• Follows up with inspectors, elevator companies and/or CSRs on any past due work orders
• Coordinates with Regional Service Team and finance department to ensure accurate pricing
• Records and reports all customer, elevator company or QEI issues/concerns to manager so ATIS can continuously improve
• Compiles status and work-volume reports for management
• Establishes and maintains thorough knowledge of the Elevator Inspection industry.
• Prepares reports and correspondence as needed
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

**CLIENT SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE** (Full-time – St. Louis, MO)

We are seeking a friendly individual who enjoys interacting with customers by phone. We want more than someone who makes calls - we want someone who finds customer interactions a pleasure. Our CSRs are assigned a territory where he/she is responsible for over-the-top customer service between our Inspectors, the elevator maintenance companies, and the client (who has the elevator, escalator, etc. on the premises).

Essential Functions & Primary Duties

Essential Functions & Primary Duties:
